Este artigo explora vetores do pensamento de Arthur Danto com os meios da ficção, tendo por princípio um pensamento por imagens. Questões como a definição da arte são articuladas ao atual contexto da arte contemporânea, investigando narrativas não hegemônicas a partir do desmonte das ideias de moderno/primitivo, puro/híbrido, central/periférico.

Abstract:

This article explores vectors of Arthur Danto's thought through fiction, with means of thinking through images. Issues such as the definition of art are articulated with current context of contemporary art, investigating non-hegemonic narratives from the dismantling of ideas of modern / primitive, pure / hybrid, center / periphery.
