Abstract

Observation about the development of the synoptic conditions over South Section of Brazil during the first semestre of 1983 is reported. Blocking High is seen as trigger causative effect of the temporal and spacial persistence of the severe weather. Coadjuctor factors are visualized. Necessary research to reply the questions.
