As noções primitivas da metafísica segundo o Liber de Philosophia

Resumo

Avicena começa a parte da Shifa' consagrada à Metafísica mostrando que essa disciplina é uma ciência. Ele se impõe a tarefa de apresentar seu objeto de investigação bem como seus primeiros princípios e noções primitivas. O presente artigo trata das noções primitivas da Metafísica, e seu objetivo é analisar a estratégia usada por Avicena para afirmar que ens, res e necesse são noções absolutamente indefiníveis pressupostas por essa ciência.

Abstract

Avicenna begins the part of the Shifa´ devoted to Metaphysics showing that this discipline is a science. He gives himself the task to present its object of investigation as well as its first principles and primitive notions.The present article focuses on the primitive notions of Metaphysics and it aims to analyze the strategy used by Avicenna to sustain that ens, res and necesse are absolutely undefined notions presupposed to this science.
