Concordância de gênero e número em estruturas predicativas no Português Brasileiro: um estudo experimental de produção induzida de lapsos

This paper reports the results of an elicited production experiment aimed at investigating gender/ number agreement between a DP (The screen of the monitors) and a nominal predicate. The independent variables were (i) distributivity of the DP and (ii) gender of the N1. The objective was to explore semantic and morphological effects during agreement computation. There was a main effect of each of the two variables as well as an interaction effect, with more agreement errors with distributive phrases and with feminine nouns. The following topics are discussed: the autonomy of the syntactic formulator, gender and number features dissociation, morphological marking.
