From the Negotiated Text to the Cunning of the Comprehensive Interview: Analysis of the Epistemological, Technical and Ethical Dimensions of an Intersubjective Composition
This paper aims to do developments about the epistemological, technical and ethical dimensions of the comprehensive interview. In the first section, we will discuss the intersubjective character that permeates comprehensive interviews and the way in which the co-production of identities, characteristic of qualitative research, is established. In the second section, we will begin to present the comprehensive interview as a technical and epistemological culmination of the composition, creativization and improvisation processes. Thus, we will understand, in the third section, how such processes subsidize a set of cunning of the comprehensive interview. We also propose to understand how, from the intersubjective contact in the interviewer/interviewee relationship, there is an othering capable of transforming the text into a space for negotiating meanings.
