A história reformista da administração pública brasileira, embora caracterizada por períodos de maiores ímpetos e outros de certa apatia, tem sido um constante no cenário politico brasileiro, como resgata na reflexão do professor Pinho. Entretanto, a narrativa histórica do professor finaliza com certo de gosto amargo: “parece que estamos condenados a mudanças incrementais e lentas, embora a velocidade possa estar aumentando.”Downloads
