Resumo

A autora articula as experiências e formulações vindas da arte construtiva no Brasil como horizonte ético-estético da arte brasileira nas décadas de 1960 e 1970, marcada ainda pela relação entre arte e política e pelo posicionamento crítico em relação às tendências internacionais. Segundo Glória, o projeto construtivo brasileiro, em suas vertentes concretas e neoconcretas, deslocou o debate artístico do terreno ideológico, de exigência de afirmação de uma identidade brasileira em meio ao imperativo de atualização artística com as novas correntes, para o campo estético-formal, colocando na ordem do dia uma leitura crítica da história da arte moderna. Publicado originalmente em espanhol sob o título Años 60 y 70 rearticulações transgressivas. In: Exit Express, revista de informacion y debate sobre arte actual, suplemento especial arco’08: Brasil, 13-18 de fevereiro de 2008. A versão original, em português, possui apenas o título Rearticulações transgressivas, foi escrita em janeiro de 2008 e é inédita.

Abstract

In the article, the author addresses the experiences and formulations arising from constructive art in Brazil as an ethical-aesthetic horizon of Brazilian art in the 1960s-1970s, still marked by the relationship between art and politics and by the critical position in relation to international trends. For the author, the Brazilian constructive project, in its concrete and neo-concrete aspects, shifted the artistic debate from the ideological terrain, from the demand to assume a Brazilian identity amidst the imperative of artistic update with new currents, to the aesthetic-form field, including a critical reading of the history of modern art on the agenda. Originally published in Spanish under the title Años 60 y 70 rearticulações transgressivas. In: Exit Express, revista de informacion y debate sobre arte actual, special supplement arco 08: Brazil, February 13-18, 2008. The title of the original Portuguese version is simply Rearticulações transgressivas [Transgressive Rearticulations], written in January 2008 and still unpublished.
