Arcabouço Estrutural, Petrografia e Idades U-Pb em Zircão de Diques Intrusivos em Granitoides da Suíte Lagoa Dourada (2350 Ma) – Cinturão Mineiro, Sudeste do Brasil

Abstract

A Suíte Lagoa Dourada (SLD), localizada no Cinturão Mineiro (CM), borda sul do Cráton São Francisco (CSF), datada em ca.2,35 Ga, é co mposta por biotita-hornblenda tonalitos cortados por uma rede de diques classificados em 5 diferentes tipos (Tipos 1 a 5). Esses tipos foram individualizados a partir de suas relações de corte e orientação espacial, obtidas com cartografia de 4 áreas alvos, além da composição modal e textura. Com características microestruturais majoritariamente ígneas, a foliação observada nestes diques
foi gerada durante a sua colocação, associada ao próprio fluxo magmático. As relações de corte observadas mostram que os diques Tipo 1 (ca. 2347 Ma) são os mais antigos, cuja idade obtida superpõe, dentro do erro analítico, a idade da rocha hospedeira. Esses diques foram alojados por meio de um sistema de fraturas sin-intrusivas provenientes da contração volumétrica do plúton durante a sua cristalização. O processo de ruptura da rocha hospedeira para a colocação dos demais tipos deve-se provavelmente ao fraturamento
provocado pela pressão magmática, tendo a intrusão mais jovem (Tipo 5, ca. 2332 Ma) ocorrido aproximadamente 20 Ma após a sua cristalização. Tem-se então o registro singular da produção de crosta em ca. 2350-2330 Ma para a SLD e diques nela intrusivos, tempo que corresponde a um período de carência global do registro de geração de crosta continental (2,45 e 2,2 Ga).
