Abstract

The purpose of the following discussion is to review the literature which links urbanization to electoral behavior. Three ceneral schools of thought on the subject were analysed and the linkage at urbanization with participation in each of these schools is considered. The conclusionof the paoer sumarizes the literature review and presents the nroposition that must be accepted.
