Neste artigo, examina-se o pacto social descrito por Rousseau à luz de dois outros modelos: a confederação europeia e a religião do homem. Trata-se de comparar o domínio de legitimidade de cada modelo do ponto de vista do estado de guerra entendido, em sentido geral, como horizonte-limite ao qual tendem inevitavelmente os conflitos de interesses particulares.Downloads
