A evasão e o resgate de alunos

Resumo

The present text reproduces the lecture given by the author during the First Symposium of the Undergraduate Programs from the Center of Letters and Arts, where the theme "student evasion from the undergraduate programs at UFRJ" was discussed. It addresses both the possible causes for such evasion and the initiatives that are being taken, by the Institution, to avoid it, through the provision of academic guidance and financial assistance to the students in critical situation due to the lack of resources.
