AI Usage Policy
Authorship: Only human beings may be considered authors. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools may not be listed as authors or co-authors of a work.
Responsibility: Human authors are entirely responsible for the content of their articles. This includes the obligation to supervise the use of AI and assume responsibility for any errors, plagiarism, or other flaws that arise due to its use. Ultimate responsibility for the work always rests with the author.
Authenticity and Originality: When using AI to create or analyze data, researchers must ensure that their final work is original and represents a relevant contribution to their field of knowledge.
Declaration of AI Use: Any manuscript that has used artificial intelligence, whether to generate text, analyze data, review, or at any other stage, must clearly state this use in the methodology section. Authors must also detail the level of AI participation in the process.
Transparency: Authors must be fully transparent about how AI was employed in the preparation of the manuscript. Specific information about the tool (name, version, model, etc.) must be provided, and its exact role in the development of the research and the text must be explained.
Limitations: If artificial intelligence was used as part of the research methodology, the authors must openly discuss in the article the limitations and potential biases associated with this technology.
