I Am The One Who Translates: Translation and Poetic Address in Ana Cristina Cesar
Abstract
O objetivo do artigo é compreender o tratamento dado por Ana Cristina Cesar ao problema da tradução, em especial, quando este é associado ao “endereçamento”, questão que pode ser identificada tanto em sua poesia quanto em sua produção crítica. Para tanto, a leitura das proposições de “Pensamentos sublimes sobre o ato de traduzir” procura dar destaque aos movimentos argumentativos e retóricos do ensaio, a fim de nomear as consequências do endereçamento para o tradutor, entendido como aquele que se coloca no lugar ativo da leitura.
