The object of this article is to present and analyse de historical trajectory of a indigenous group called Krenak, since the beginning of the 20th century to the end of the 1960’s. The acess is developed under the relations of

this indigenoud with the state tutelage instittution responsible for the protection and assistance, The Indians Protection Service (SPI), working with the imbrications, transformations and continuitys appeared in the tutelage relation, in Indians and tutelage administration.
