Este artigo tem como objetivo refletir a respeito da escrita de Marguerite Duras, tão entranhada de suas experiências de vida, suas lutas externas e internas, sobretudo quanto à tragédia ocorrida em sua infância em Saigon e à sua relação com a mãe. O texto contém um apanhado de algumas de suas obras a fim de estudar a solidão na escrita. A principal, e autobiográfica, O Amante (Duras, 2003),
explora temas relacionados à própria solidão, ao feminino e ao relacionamento conturbado com a figura materna. Realizado à luz da psicanálise, este trabalho apresenta pensamentos freudianos, lacanianos e de outros autores da área para abordar a solidão, o feminino e o estranhamento como efeito do olhar. Como conclusão, traz a ideia de que a escrita foi a responsável por separar a autora da devastação materna, tornando-a uma literata homenageada e de grande importância para a psicanálise.

Abstract
This article aims to reflect on the writing of Marguerite Duras, so deeply embedded in her life experiences, her external and internal struggles, especially regarding the tragedy that occurred in her childhood in Saigon and her relationship with her mother. The text contains a collection of some of her works to study solitude in writing. The main work, and autobiographical, The Lover (Duras, 1984), explores themes related to solitude, femininity, and the troubled relationship with the maternal figure. Conducted in the light of psychoanalysis, this work presents Freudian, Lacanian thoughts and ideas from other authors in the field to address loneliness, femininity, and estrangement as an effect of the gaze. In conclusion, it brings the idea that writing was responsible for separating the author from maternal devastation, making her a celebrated literary figure of great importance to psychoanalysis.
