A Reiteração da Importância dos Centros de Decisões Nacionais em uma Industrialização Tardia e Periférica

Abstract

This article aims to stress the importance of a political activity towards the consolidation of a national economic system, not only to occupy a passive place into the international economic system. Although it recognizes that the industrialization process takes places as part of the cooperation of international oligopolies through the internationalization of economics activities (with limits to the concept of national company), we stress the importance of improving the national base of production. Therefore, the paper will discuss the importance of oligopolies and the coordinating rule of the State. By doing this, we intend to stress the importance of developing systemic innovation capability and building national centers of strategic decisions.
