THE POSSIBLE CHANGE OF DINAMIC CORE OF CAPITALISM: THE BRICS CONTRIBUTION AND THE LIMITS OF SOUTH HEMISPHERE

Abstract

This paper would like to analyze what itens are importants to become a determined state in great power and its relations with international system. The new great power changes the system conform the political and economy program that new hegemonic core has to all states. In the other order the goal of this pape is also analyze if the states named BRICS have possibily to change the economy dinamic core, mainly by economic international crises stinging to the developed states. To finish this work would like to consider what iten may change the systen, traditional constituited by great powers.
