Apresentação. Le Spleen de Paris: 150 anos
Abstract
Os poemas em prosa de Baudelaire, reunidos postumamente em junho de 1869, publicados com o título Petits poèmes en prose (Le Spleen de Paris), no quarto volume das Obras completas (1869) do poeta, organizadas por Théodore de Banville e Charles Asselineau, teriam marcado um “começo absoluto”, segundo a apreciação de Georges Blin. São inovadores na intenção do poeta de aplicar “à descrição da vida moderna, ou sobretudo de uma vida moderna e mais abstrata” o procedimento aplicado anteriormente por Aloysius Bertrand à “pintura da vida antiga”, em seu Gaspard de la Nuit (1842).References
