Jacques Rancière, leitor de Erich Auerbach
Abstract
O artigo discute o aproveitamento crítico da obra de Erich Auerbach no pensamento de Jacques Rancière desde a década de 1990, com ênfase na reflexão em torno da prosa de ficção moderna. Para ilustrar decorrências do modo como Rancière reafirma percepções e refuta juízos de Auerbach a respeito do tratamento do cotidiano na literatura, são comentados seus ensaios a propósito de Stendhal e Guimarães Rosa.
