Entre a tradição e a inovação: A Matriz Curricular Nacional e a formação policial em Alagoas

Resumo

O artigo demonstra, a partir de análise documental, as influências da Matriz Curricular Nacional sobre o conteúdo da formação de policiais militares em Alagoas. Partindo do pressuposto de que elementos da formação profissional se articulam com os da cultura organizacional, analisamos também o Plano de curso para formação de praças, o Regimento do Centro de Formação e Aperfeiçoamento de Praças e o Regulamento Disciplinar Escolar do Corpo Discente do referido centro. A pesquisa identificou universos materiais e simbólicos em choque, manifestados como conflitos entre o mundo objetivado da tradição e os conteúdos ideativos do novo modelo de formação.

The article Between Tradition and Innovation: The National Curriculum Matrix and the Police Training in Alagoas demonstrates, based on documentary analysis, the influences of the National Curriculum Matrix on the content of training of military police in Alagoas. Considering that the elements of training are linked to elements of organizational culture, we also analyzed the Course Plan for policemen, the Rules of Training and Development Center of Military Police and Disciplinary Rules of the School Student Body of the center. The research identified material and symbolic universes in shock, manifest in the form of conflicts between the objectified world of tradition and the ideational content of the new training model.
