O campo literário transnacional entre o (inter)-nacionalismo e cosmopolitismo

Vários fatores externos e internos moldam e condicionam o campo literário: educação, o mercado de livros, o Estado-nação, movimentos políticos, organizações internacionais (como a UNESCO), e autoridades específicas, como premiações. Esses fatores são examinados neste artigo em diferentes escalas espaciais: "internacional", "transnacional", "global", "mundial", “cosmopolita”, que são definidos na primeira seção do artigo, a fim de identificar os agentes que participam da formação e funcionamento do campo literário nesses diferentes níveis e, assim, nos permitir compreender melhor os mecanismos de mudança de escala. Três períodos são então examinados: a era do "inter-nacionalismo", que vai do final do século dezenove à Segunda Guerra Mundial, o período de políticas “desenvolvimentistas”, durante o qual as fronteiras do campo literário transnacional foram ampliadas além do mundo ocidental, e a era da "globalização".Referências
