BRICS+ de hidrocarbonetos com Rússia e Venezuela. Geopolítica das cadeias de suprimento e deflexão comercial

O artigo examina o BRICS+ como bloco hidrocarbonífero após sua ampliação (Egito, Emirados Árabes Unidos (EAU), Etiópia, Indonésia, Irã; aspirante: Venezuela). Com uma teorização que integra economia geopolítica, geopolítica das cadeias e Novo Regionalismo Estratégico, e um desenho misto (série de dados de comércio internacional 2020–2024 e microdados/Conhecimentos de Embarque), abordam-se três dimensões: energia como eixo, deflexão diante de sanções e os casos Rússia–Venezuela. Os achados situam a Rússia como produtor âncora e a Venezuela como reforço; a coordenação OPEP+/BRICS+ e a análise das cadeias são chaves para a autonomia multipolar.
