Os Limites Estruturais do Capital de Mészáros e os Limites da Guerra à China

Analistas críticos da Economia Política têm abordado as similaridades entre o confronto hegemônico EUA-China enquanto paralelos contemporâneos de rivalidades globais anteriores, as quais levaram ao conflito aberto. Percebendo os padrões distintos por meio dos quais a crise capitalista se apresenta, István Mészáros propôs uma elaboração teórica ligando a característica superprodutiva da crise às condições materiais apresentadas pela reprodução capitalista inserida numa biosfera limitada e com seres humanos existentes, concretos. O Capitalismo, portanto, não poderia ser reformado para além dos seus limites físicos. Este artigo objetiva apresentar uma reinterpretação parcial da tese dos anos 1980 de Mészáros sobre a Crise Estrutural do Capital. Este artigo observa os desenvolvimentos próprios da guerra nuclear, abordando a contradição entre a necessidade de guerra enquanto um meio de dispor de capital excedente e a existência de armas atômicas como um outro limite estrutural. Isto é feito de modo a propor uma adição à lista de quatro limites exprimidos enquanto contradições à reprodução capitalista de Mészáros, que acarretaram a crise estrutural do capital que segue até hoje.Literaturhinweise
