Abstract

Objective: To analyze the production of knowledge about the interface between culture and human occupation in Latin America. Synthesis of the study elements: The Joanna Briggs Institute methodology will guide the scoping review. Searches took place in the Virtual Health Library, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Scopus, Web of Science and in five occupational therapy journals in Latin America. We will include quantitative, qualitative and mixed studies, without temporal restrictions, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Data analysis, selection and extraction will be carried out by independent reviewers. Conclusion: We will document and reflect on the production of knowledge about culture and human occupation in Latin America.
