Abstract

La tecnología digial y la inteligencia artificial en las sociedades del siglo XXI plantean retos de gran importancia para el futuro de los derechos humanos. De un lado, se enfrentan a nuevos riesgos de vulneración, pero también a nuevas oportunidades de expansión, con la aparición de nuevos derechos y la ampliación de los derechos existentes a nuevos sujetos, contextos o mecanismos de protección y garantía.
