O MONITORAMENTO DO MEIO AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO E O DIREITO À SEGURANÇA DA INFORMAÇÃO

RESUMO: O presente artigo visa compreender os impactos das técnicas de monitoramento eletrônico (ETM) no meio ambiente do trabalho, com uso de tecnologias inteligentes de informação e comunicação (TIC), incluindo tecnologias habilitadas para TIC (TIC-THs) na segurança dos trabalhadores, quanto à proteção dos dados, para além da questão da privacidade, dentro de um contexto de segurança do trabalho. Pretende-se demonstrar que a proteção da segurança da informação do trabalhador na ambiência laboral deve estar incorporada às normas, procedimentos e práticas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (SST), balizados pelo domínio da técnica, de modo coletivo e de acordo com um regulamento geral de cunho preventivo e precaucional.References
