Abstract

The introductions to the Critic of Power of Judgment are the first texts of this work that Kant refers to the pleasure, before beginning the analyses of the faculty of judge the beauty by this sentiment, that is, the taste. Kant presents a framework of the faculties of soul, according to which the pleasure has the function of making a transition between the faculty of knowledge and the faculty of appetition. We propose an analysis of the theory of pleasure presented by the philosopher in the introductions.
