This article aims to present the moral grammar of actors who grow marijuana for their own use, as well as to interpret how a specific morality emerges from their practices. To do so, it used a qualitative research, based on direct observation and semi-structured interviews, and referenced in symbolic interactionism. It has been found that these actors establish a sui generismorality through their practices. The exercise of home cultivation of one’s own marijuana is analyzed as a legitimate moral feeling of liberation in relation to the formal and informal repressions faced by these actors.Downloads
