The natural distribution of the aplocheiloid killifish Cynopoecilus fulgens Costa 2002 is expanded here with specimens collected in the Mampituba River basin in the of Santa Catarina State, Brazil. This record expands its geographical distribution within the Atlantic Forest coastal drainages of southern Brazil.References
