Hanna Järvinen, Uniarts Helsinki's Academy Of Fine Arts

Hanna Järvinen dirige el Centro de Investigación de Artes Escénicas de la Academia de Teatro de UNIARTS Helsinki, Finlandia. También es Investigadora Honoraria Visitante en el Centro de Investigación Interdisciplinar en Danza de la Universidad De Montfort de Leicester y Docente en Historia de la Danza en la Universidad de Turku. Autora de Dancing Genius (Palgrave Macmillan 2014) y de ocho libros editados, así como de numerosos artículos y capítulos de libros, su investigación combina la erudición sobre la danza con los estudios de interpretación, la historia, los estudios culturales y la investigación artística. En particular, se ha interesado por la autoría y la canonización, el poscolonialismo y la descolonización, y las cuestiones de materialidad y contemporaneidad en la práctica artística.
