The Revista Brasileira de Neurologia (RBN) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the Institute of Neurology Deolindo Couto of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (INDC-UFRJ), in association with the Neurology Association of Rio de Janeiro (Associação de Neurologia do Estado do Rio de Janeiro-ANERJ).

The journal publishes high-quality scientific articles with emphasis on clinical neurology, while also covering basic and clinical neurosciences. All content is made immediately and freely available online, with no access or subscription fees.

We encourage librarians to include the Revista Brasileira de Neurologia in their electronic journal collections and open-access catalogs, contributing to the visibility, dissemination, and long-term accessibility of scientific literature in neurology and neurosciences.

The journal is published using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, an open-source publishing system widely adopted by academic institutions and libraries to support the management, dissemination, and preservation of scholarly journals.
