Plasticidade discursivo-textual: mecanismos de reanálise

Cada ‘classe de palavras’ está prevalentemente associada a determinadas funções e processos de constituição do enunciado: os nomes à referenciação, os adjetivos à predicação. A cada nome ou a cada adjetivo estão associados representações semânticas e conceptuais mais prototípicas, mas em texto ou em situação discursiva tais representações podem sofrer alterações substanciais, que os colocam até nos antípodas da sua polaridade matricial. Será aqui explorada a capacidade de alguns nomes e adjetivos assumirem novos valores discursivos e pragmático-funcionais, em vista ao conhecimento das suas condições e dos seus efeitos de uso, uma vez amplamente documentado que os critérios semanticamente não multifactoriais e não ancorados no uso não são suficientes para descrever e explicar a plasticidade discursivo-textual e pragmático-funcional de algumas palavras, no seu uso concreto em situação de interação. No decurso deste estudo observam-se alguns mecanismos de reanálise funcional — gramaticalização, dessemanticização, discursivificação, (inter)subjectificação, expressivização — que os itens lexicais sofrem em situação de uso.References
