Abstract

The Process of Subjectivation of Women in the Armed Conflict, the Configuration of New Identities and Their Impact on Social Transformation This research focuses on analyzing the different ways of subjectivation of women victims of violence during the armed conflict in Colombia and how these experiences are reconfigured in political agencies of social transformation. The research methodology articulates categories provided by feminist theory, exploring their influence on various forms of subjection, such as the use of the body, roles and representations of women during the armed conflict, and taking as a reference the reading and evaluation of the Truth Commission report. Among the important findings, it is revealed that women are a central node in the framework of the armed conflict, not only as victims, first-person narrators, survivors, witnesses or interpreters, but also as central political agents and, in many cases, unique in the formulation of strategies for the reconstruction of the social fabric, political and community organization.
