Territorial Aspects of Socio-Educational Measures Under Supervised Release: An Analysis from the Perspective of CREAS Professionals in Governador Valadares – MG This article presents the results of a master’s thesis on the implementation of the Socio-Educational Measure of Supervised Release in the municipality of Governador Valadares with the aim of identifying the territorial aspects of its implementation from the perspective of professionals at the Specialized Social Assistance Reference Center (CREAS). This is a qualitative study involving thematic analysis of field research data. The results indicate that the measure has not been successful due to a lack of coordination among public policies across the three levels of government. It is concluded that the territorial aspects of the measure are linked to the way it is implemented, which is reflected in its outcomes.
