A LITIGÂNCIA CLIMÁTICA COMO ESTRATÉGIA JURISDICIONAL DE ENFRENTAMENTO À VULNERABILIDADE CLIMÁTICA:
O PROTAGONISMO DAS MULHERES À LUZ DA TEORIA ECOFEMINISTA
Abstract
The present research focuses on human rights and climate litigation in light of ecofeminist theory. Taking the ecological and climate crisis as a reference, the study delimits itself to investigate those most vulnerable to it, based on intersectionality. To this end, the study is divided into three parts. In the first part, the ecofeminist theory and its practical and theoretical foundations are approached, followed by a demonstration of what the International Human Rights agenda brings as a recommendation and study on the subject. Finally, we seek to verify arguments, foundations, and the protagonism of women in climate litigation. The approach method is the pragmatic-systemic one, conferring the fusion between Law and the various systems, such as politics, History, culture and ecology, from a communicative construction between them for the production of discourse.
