Abstract

This article aims at problematizing the relationship between space and temporality in Luandino Vieira's A cidade e a infância. Based on the concept of landscape, such as defined by Michel Collot, our goal is to undertake an analysis of the narratives focusing on its spatial configuration  and its historical context.
