Résumé

Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disease understood as a complex syndrome with motor and non-motor symptoms, including sleep-related conditions, such as periodic limb movements in sleep (PLMS). This paper presents issues
regarding Parkinson's disease, motor and non-motor symptoms, sleep physiology, and PLMS. In conclusion, both conditions seem to be correlated through impairment of the dopaminergic system
