Author Biographies

Anabela Rato, University of Toronto

Professora Auxiliar no departamento de Espanhol e Português da Universidade de Toronto. Doutorada em Ciências da Linguagem, especialização em Linguística Inglesa.

Suzi Lima, Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro / Universidade de Toronto

Possui bacharelado e licenciatura em Letras (Linguística/ Português) pela Universidade de São Paulo (2005). É mestre em Linguística pelo programa de pós-graduação em Semiótica e Linguística Geral da Universidade de São Paulo (2008) e doutorado em Linguística pela University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Tem experiência e produção nas seguintes áreas: semântica formal, psicosemântica, psicolinguística, aquisição da linguagem e documentação e análise de línguas indígenas. Os principais temas de interesse são: distinção contável/massivo; quantificação nominal e verbal; numerais, contagem e medida. Atualmente é professora adjunta na Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) [em licença] e é professora adjunta (assistant professor) na University of Toronto (Canadá).
