Marcação de gênero, opcionalidade e genericidade: processamento de concordância de gênero no DP aos dois anos de idade

A relação entre marcação de gênero e classes semânticas, com implicações para a expressão linguística da genericidade, é investigada em fase inicial da aquisição do PB. Considera-se a realização de Gênero nessa língua e discute-se a relevância de se distinguir formalmente traço intrínseco e opcional. Resultados de um experimento com crianças de 22-34 meses sugerem que opcionalidade apresenta demandas específicas, particularmente vinculadas á referência e que, nessa faixa etária, crianças são sensíveis à marcação de gênero como indicativa de marcação semântica, o que contribui para a aquisição de conhecimento acerca da expressão genericidade na língua.Downloads
