Energetic Material Based on Xanthan, Polyaniline and Poly (Urea-Formaldehyde) Evaluated by Machine Learning Tools

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta uma modelagem experimental da produção de um compósito energético pela combinação do agente oxidante permanganato de potássio nas concentrações de 70%, 80% e 90% com os polímeros goma xantana, polianilina (PAni) e poli(ureia-formaldeído) (PUF) nas concentrações de 2,5% a 30%, visando avaliar seu desempenho de queima. Os resultados obtidos nos testes de combustão foram analisados utilizando ferramentas de Machine Learning, que permitiram uma classificação rápida e eficiente dos dados. Isso foi confirmado pela análise das correlações entre a temperatura de combustão e os modelos: kNN (R = 0,928), Rede Neural (R = 0,903), Random Forest (R = 0,892) e Árvore de Decisão (R = 0,834). Posteriormente, um conjunto de 100.000 condições experimentais combinadas aleatoriamente foi gerado utilizando a técnica de Monte Carlo e testado contra cada um desses modelos. Como resultado, as melhores composições para maximizar a temperatura de combustão foram determinadas e testadas.
