About the Journal

Oecologia Australis (OA) is an international peer-reviewed, open access journal. OA promotes ongoing international research and information exchange through the publication of the latest research/findings reports in Ecology and related fields.

Our goal is to disseminate and publish relevant results in Ecological Sciences. Oecologia Australis accepts works in Portuguese, English and Spanish to be published as Original Articles, Scientific Notes, Reviews and Opinions.

We publish four issues per year (March, June, September and December), one of which can be a thematic issue edited by invited guest editors. The remaining issues are composed of spontaneous submissions.
