Abstract

In this article, I intend to approximate the strategies of collective emancipation, organization, concepts of mobilizing and pedagogical practices from the MST mística to the systematization character of Paulo Freire's work and his liberating praxis, which seem to help in the structuring and foundation not only of theory but of the praxis as a political moment of the Movement. Searching in the literature what Freire systematizes in these thoughts, experiences and visions that return to the debate on the hegemonic dispute for the epistemologies of the south, proposed by Boaventura de Sousa. Moreover, understand how this collective organizer interferes in food culture while fighting for Popular Agrarian Reform with political and also sentimental elements that seem fundamental to thinking about gastronomy.
