Gastronomic artistic productions: the path of a university cultural project

Abstract

The project “Images that awaken aromas, flavors, memories and taste sensations from gastronomic preparations” aims to express new ways of understanding gastronomy through gastronomic photography, awakening gustatory sensations in viewers through the registration of colors, textures, compositions and artistic productions. In addition, use photographs and artistic productions as tools for cultural promotion and promotion. However, the following article presents the scholarship student's experiences in the project described over the course of three years of activity, as well as its challenges and developments through gastronomic artistic and cultural promotion.
