The interest of this study is to bring gastronomy and fashion closer together through aesthetics. The convergence of these subjects was explored in a Final Paper for the Gastronomy course presented at a dinner - which gave rise to this article -, where a ten-step tasting menu was developed inspired by the evolution of women's clothing in the 20th century. The main methodology used was bibliographical research, focused on identifying the essential characteristics of women's clothing from the period. The intuitively developed menu was constructed with ingredients, elements and concepts used to represent fashion and societies from the 1910s to the 2000s. The preparations covered basic gastronomy, confectionery and baking techniques, in addition to presenting influences from international cuisine and Brazilian, studied during the practical subjects of the Gastronomy degree.
